Andres Quandelacy is recognized for his relatively small, exquisitely carved table fetishes. He also strings wonderful animals into incredible fetish necklaces. His mother was Ellen Quandelacy (d) widely known as both a fetish carver and a jeweler. Ellen taught Andres well because each of his creatures have a presence and are beautifully executed. Sculpted from a luscious onyx, this Bison's eyes and powerful horns are from turquoise. Dimensions of this mighty bovine are approximately 2 3/4" long, 5/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
