Bronze Eagle Offering Bowl by Salvador Romero, Cochiti

Keshi produced Salvador's first limited edition, a bronze mountain lion. That edition was very well received, selling out in just over a year! So Keshi and Salvador have created a second bronze: an elegant Eagle offering bowl. Cornmeal offering bowls are signature pieces of Salvador's.

The original stone piece was lent by a long time collector of Salvador's work, so the foundry could make the mold for the lost wax process from which the bronze is finally cast. Salvador closely supervises the casting and finishing of the bronzes.

This edition is limited to only eighteen numbered and signed pieces. This work is #9 of 18, with a gorgeous necklace of abalone, turquoise and other interesting beads. The wonderful patina on this eagle displays deep bronze tones.

About 15 1/8" long, 4 1/4" tall and 6 1/8" wide at shoulders.

Crating maybe assessed up to $125.00. Shipping charges are calculated and billed separately based on delivery destination and actual charges. - $2000.00

Gomeo's recently sold Dragonfly boy pin/pendant as featured in an ad for Keshi in the National Museum of The American Indian magazine's Spring 2012 issue, generated a lot of excitement! Consequently, Gomeo's creating a new series of only six of these dragonfly boy themed pin/pendants. This is the very first in this series of six pieces.
With a 4 3/4" wingspan and almost 5" tall, this Kingman turquoise, fossilized ivory, cowry shell and sterling silver pin/pendant is all hand fabricated and carved in Gomeo's stand alone style. - $1200.00

Finest Feathered Friend by Veronica Poblano

This extraordinary bird by Veronica is featured in this summer's 2011 National Museum of The American Indian Magazine advertisement for Keshi.
At about 3 7/8" long, 2" tall and 1 1/2" wide at base, this melodic bird is carved of Kingman turquoise resting in crushed red coral. Along side this bird is a piece of scrumptious branch red coral on a base of Sleeping Beauty turquoise.
With lapis eyes, this feathered friend has wings that are inlaid with hand cut sections of lapis, red coral, angel skin coral and pen shell. Each wing is uniquely different and soft incising marks add more feather detail.
No one carves like Veronica, daughter of famed carver of old, Leo Poblano. Her sterling silver signature label is attached under the base. - $3400.00
